The answer is simple ..........Its new version is out...........Ares 1.9.4. So, the old versions won't work.
This is the biggest drawback of a p2p sharing software, when a new version is launched the old one just stops working and most people end up adjusting their proxy settings to know what's wrong!
So, download the latest version .
