MTNL and Novatium Solutions have combined to provide desktop computing to masses at affordable price by leveraging their strength in Broadband and Computing respectively. It will be cheap and yet provide the computing capabilities of a typical PC.

The solution offered, called MTNL Nova Net-PC includes a keyboard , screen, USB ports—and uses a central network server to run software applications and store data.
The Nova NetPC home user package is available for only Rs 1,999(plus taxes) without the monitor ( monitor available at an extra cost of Rs 3000/-) in addition to a monthly subscription starting at Rs 399, including a 30 hour Internet access.
The Nova netPC can work with any network server running operating systems like Microsoft Windows, Linux or Sun Solaris.
