Official answer to that will be:
If you need to remove someone from your Google Talk Friends list, just right-click his or her name and select Remove.

But Ashu badly needs to know will it remove my name from that persons contact list also

My answer to remove a Google Talk contact from your Google Talk list and ur id from his/her ID, simply delete him from Gmail contacts and both sides contact is ceased on Google Talk
