For getting an andriod device u need to register with the Andriod Market Site as an andriod developer and pay a handsome amount of $399 plus shipping charges if u r outside the U.S

The device will be available for purchase in 18 international markets, including the U.S., U.K., Germany, Japan, India, Canada, France, Taiwan, Spain, Australia, Singapore, Switzerland, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Poland, and Hungary.
